Privacy Policy

We collect only what you submit through the account-mapping application: your name, business email address, company URL, ideal-client contract range, estimated market size, and primary bottleneck, plus a submission timestamp.

The rest of this site collects nothing. No analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. The Whale Value Engine calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter there are never transmitted.

Application data is used for one purpose: evaluating fit and responding to you about a potential engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.

Submissions that fail validation are rejected at the door and never stored.

Applications are stored in our private application database, hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the United States, with access restricted to MailWhaler. Supabase acts as our infrastructure provider and processes this data on our behalf.

We keep application data while it is being evaluated and for our business records afterward. Want yours corrected or deleted? Reply to any MailWhaler correspondence, or submit a note through the application portal, and we will handle it promptly.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
