mailwhaler.com is an informational site describing MailWhaler's outbound services. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The Whale Value Engine is an illustrative model. Its outputs derive entirely from numbers you enter and assumptions you can adjust. They are projections, not promises — not a guarantee of pipeline, revenue, meetings, or any business outcome, and not financial advice. Decisions you make from the model are yours.

Submitting an account-mapping application starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, and we may decline any application at our discretion. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms wherever the two differ.

Do not scrape the site, probe or overload the application endpoint, submit false applications, or attempt to bypass its validation. We may block traffic that does.

The site's copy, design, and imagery belong to MailWhaler. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailWhaler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at MailWhaler's principal place of business.
